Job Title: Superintendent

Location:  Charlotte or Hickory, NC

Position Overview:

As a Superintendent at a top 50 ENR Construction firm, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects. My client is seeking a candidate with a proven track record of leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor, with a focus on multi-million dollar projects. Local market knowledge of the Charlotte or Hickory, NC area is essential, along with the ability to hit the ground running and drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
• Local market knowledge of the Charlotte or Hickory, NC area preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
• Procore and Microsoft Office Proficiency
