Reporting directly to the Director of Global Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be a Global Product and Marketing thought leader responsible for overseeing platform and portfolio management activities for the entire single cell multiomics platform. Importantly, owning and driving commercial enablement activities that support regions to achieve their revenue targets will be a key focus for this role. Supporting and driving new product development initiatives (NPI) and helping to drive activities for achieving our business objectives will be owned by this strategic leader. With significant product launch and expansion goals, this role will require someone who is a strong leader, fast learner, and is agile with a growth mindset. **About the role:** As the Marketing Manager and leader for multiomics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for Single Cell Multiomics. This individual will be working closely with the global product team, regional sales, field applications and other cross functional teams to execute commercial strategies and achieve revenue objectives. **Key responsibilities will include:** + Own and support global product development plans and portfolio strategy initiatives. + Owner for all global commercial enablement activities and support regional GTM activities to help achieve the platform revenue targets + Own and lead end-to-end product management lifecycle for the portfolio including driving VOC initiatives, market intelligence, competitive landscape analyses, etc. + Be the voice of the customer globally and deliver the customer needs to all global commercial and product development activities. + Support creation and execution of global Single Cell Multiomics Marketing Plans. + Support global marketing events with sales teams to design and execute customer events, support execution and lead generation activities across conferences, tradeshows and institutional research events. + Drive global marketing campaigns tailored for specific customer sites, and drive the contacts to leads and opportunities across the funnel with the sales team. **Education and experience required:** + Minimum BA/BS degree, PhD or MBA strongly preferred + Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience in global marketing, strategic marketing, portfolio/product management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Prior experience with downstream events, sales events and customer facing events as there will be a heavy amount of event management/coordination in this role. + High Proficiency in content management and software tools like SAP, Halfpipe. + Expert in power point, planning tools like Monday.com. + Flexibility to travel at least 30-35% of the time.
