Clinical Hospital Pharmacist - Inpatient Care Specialist

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Manage inventory control and contribute to department financial goals
• Implement evidence-based clinical decisions and protocols
• Participate in clinical rounds and provide drug information services
• Handle sterile compounding and hazardous drug preparation when required

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE-accredited institution
• Virginia State Board of Pharmacy licensure (or eligible within 90 days of hire)
• Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellence in interpersonal communication and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Sterile compounding experience
