Instructional Design Specialist

Elite Technical is a Instructional Design Specialist who can support our customer in their Norman, OK office. We are seeking candidates who can assist with gathering details/facts/content for the creation efforts of course/curriculum trainings for adult learners. The selected candidates will confer with internal subject matter experts, in different tech and non-tech fields, to gather content for the eLearning team to create the actual training curriculum. The selected candidate will have a basic history of course content gathering experience along with basic knowledge of SW authoring tools.

This position will support our customer, a leading educational university who is providing support for their Government customer in Norman OK (will require to be onsite 5 days per week).

Required Skills

- Required: Degree in Instructional Design, Education (with a concentration in Adult Education or Training and Development), Educational Psychology or a related training field from a college or university accredited by a national or regional accreditation organization recognized and sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Knowledge/experience in building adult training/learning curriculum
- Skill using authoring tools to plan and develop learning content (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, After Effects) Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate 2019, TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit and video editing software)
