Overview:

The HSES Training Specialist is a recognized specialist in HSES training programs and materials typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. This role is responsible to maintain CB&I training program materials and to administer the company’s global HSES training programs. The role reports directly to a Regional or Global HSES Lead.

Responsibilities:

Maintain current HSES training and testing materials in compliance with governing regulatory authorities and CB&I Management System procedures.
Development of HSES training programs/materials for supervisors and employees.
Implement and monitor assigned QHSES training program and initiatives.
Maintain training matrix and tracking.
Work with Project Management Teams and Clients to assist in applying effective HSES training plans and execution.

Qualifications:

3+ years within the Construction Industry.
Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HSES
Functional, business and industry experience.
Knowledge in program and course development and delivery.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent written and oral skills, Spanish and English.
