Position Title: HR & Front Office Assistant
Location: Kirkland, WA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday--Friday (Some weekends as needed)
Compensation: Hourly (DOE) + Growth Potential

We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused HR & Front Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is ready to wear multiple hats, and wants to grow with a mission-driven company.
What You'll Do Every day will look a little different---and that's what makes this role so dynamic. You'll be the face of our front office and the right hand to our HR Manager, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
- Welcome guests, vendors, and new hires with professionalism and warmth
- Help schedule interviews, organize onboarding paperwork, and maintain employee records
- Assist in light recruiting tasks (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Track office inventory and place orders
- Run occasional errands (post office, vendor pickups, etc.)
- Support ongoing HR projects, engagement initiatives, and internal communication
- Keep the front office looking sharp and organized
- Handle **confidential information with trust and care**
- Jump in on whatever else needs doing---we're a team that supports each other
We're Looking For Someone Who - Is highly detail-oriented and notices the small things that matter
- Can multitask gracefully and pivot as priorities shift
- Has strong communication and follow-through
- Is dependable, friendly, and professional
- Is comfortable driving (local errands; nothing drastic)
- Is curious and eager to learn about HR and team operations
- Wants to grow with a company that's building something exciting
Requirements - Some office/admin experience
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Familiar with basic office tools (email, Google Docs, Slack, etc.)
- Must be available onsite, M--F (with some weekends if needed)
- Some experience /Interest in recruiting, HR, or healthcare is a bonus (we are willing to train)
- College courses/working towards HR/Business Degree is a plus but not requirement
