Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a part-time temporary position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and managing reservations for appointments and events.
• Coordinate and manage reminders to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Create and maintain efficient filing systems, including labels and document organization.
• Conduct internet research to gather information as needed.
• Update and organize contact information and important documents regularly.
• Perform data entry and track key information for records.
• Manage the filing and shredding of documents to maintain confidentiality and organization.
• Oversee mailing tasks, including preparation and distribution of correspondence.
• Other administrative and/or personal assistant tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in office support or administrative assistant experience.
• Intermediate-Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe software for document management and editing.
• Strong internet research skills, with the ability to efficiently gather relevant information online.
• Familiarity with tracking financial data and data entry.
• Proficient in managing calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and time management.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently.

Hours & Benefits:

• Mondays and Wednesdays (8 am – 5 pm)
