### About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports while handling accounts payable, receivable, and tax filings.

### Key Responsibilities
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Ensure transactions are accurately posted in the correct ledgers (day book, supplier, customer, and general ledger)
- Prepare books up to the trial balance stage
- Conduct partial checks of the posting process for accuracy
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments
- Manage invoices, tax payments, and complete tax forms as needed
- Maintain financial records, generate reports, and assist with payroll processing

### What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable
- Skills: Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial calculations
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., FreshBooks, Kashoo, KashFlow) and spreadsheets
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English and MS Office
- Customer Focus: Ability to handle financial interactions professionally and with excellent customer service
