Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative: 

• Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by The Telecommunications and AT&T Sales Managers
• Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude 
• Educate potential customers of our telecommunications service and the benefits
• Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions 
• Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins 
• Upsell and promote products directly to consumers 
• Handle sensitive customer information and input data accurately

• A background in telecommunications, sales, customer service, or client-facing
